your real estate disposition options. Then, armed
with our research and information, our Team puts
together a plan for selling owned property,
sub-leasing surplus leased facilities or negotiating
a lease buy-out. With years of experience and
contacts in markets around the country, our Team is
both highly efficient and effective in the
disposition process.

materials, including flyers, signage, and/or direct
mail materials, for the property and/or sublease
space and distribute them to the local and regional
brokerage communities and other prospects. In
addition, W.L. Bates Company, Inc. will contact
brokerage firms, and targeted tenants or buyers in
the marketplace by phone. W.L. Bates Company, Inc.,
also lists properties on specialized websites for
commercial properties. Listings include information
such as property and financing details, photos and
area maps.
Communicating throughout the transaction process is
essential in developing and sustaining a successful
relationship. W.L. Bates Company, Inc. maximizes
communication with clients in two ways. First, we
schedule regular informal status reports on all
aspects of the transaction. Finally, in addition to
regular formal updates we notify you of any relevant
updates or status changes. Our Team members are
continuously available to answer any questions or
